Baby Car Seat

General information, not safety advice. This website publishes general information only. It is not safety advice, legal advice, product certification, or a substitute for the restraint label, the manufacturer instructions, or a fitting by an authorised restraint fitter. Child restraint laws are set by each state and territory and can change. Check your own jurisdiction and the current standard before you buy, install, or travel.

Advertise or sponsor

The heritage /advertise/ path now explains what we will and will not host.

The old advertise URL collected banners. This page collects a policy. We may consider text sponsorships that do not rank products, invent crash figures, or disguise advertising as a safest-seat verdict.

We will not run undeclared affiliate grids. We will not host the hashed “hot product” URLs that used to live under shopping. If you want to talk about a banner or a sponsored explainer, use contact and say so plainly.

Nested copies of this path that once appeared as /advertise/babycarseat.com.au/ redirect here once.

This page is general information for Australian readers. It is not safety advice, a product ranking, or a fitting service. Always read the restraint label and the manufacturer instructions, confirm the current rule with the road agency in the state or territory where you are driving, and have the finished install checked by an authorised fitter.

What a yes would look like

A clearly labelled sponsored explainer that still cites agencies and still refuses rankings. A no looks like a hashed SKU, a “safest seat” badge, or an undeclared affiliate grid. Nested advertise URLs redirect here so they cannot be used as a back door.

Need a page clarified?

We publish education, not fittings or product rankings. If a page is unclear, send the URL and your state — we will not advise on a specific child’s seat.
